CCAP decided we must not have clearly communicated with the vulnerable young girl (our 26 yr old extension year AP!) and let her continue, while giving us a stern lecture about making our expectations clear. Unbelievable. This au pair literally committed a CRIME. 
Rematch 3: AP came to us in rematch from what she described as a horrible unwelcoming family. Turns out she was suffering from depression and had a lot of personal issues. Refused to see a counselor, said she was going to rematch so a family with fewer kids so she could be happy (she initiated rematch), she ended up keeping her profile set as “busy for personal reasons” so she could run out the clock on rematch and just go home. CCAP again acted as if it was all our fault that this girl had requested her second rematch in four months. Sigh.

So, we decided we were unwilling to commit any more $ to an agency that treated us like we were the bad guys regardless of actual facts, and switched to APC. Which we have LOVED. Our former LCC also quit CCAP and applied to APC instead![/quote]
