Some fools honestly think $16/hr is a good wage. They refuse to believe they are just actually just cheap and should be looking into other forms of childcare. They feel they are entitled to a nanny and love to tell ppl they have one. [/quote]

Its unskilled labor, $16 an hour is reasonable.  IF you want more money, then get an education and a job in a higher paying field.  Its not cheap.  One has to have a job, pay taxes, and all that other stuff, then work expenses on top of the nanny salary.  Can you easily make $60 an hour to cover that?  Clearly no.[/quote]
