Child will be fine if its the right program. It makes no sense to move her twice. You agreed to the vacation so find temporary care or make it work for those two weeks. Don't fire the nanny or let her go because she choose vacation that you agreed to. Kids change child care all the time but to bounce her from place to place makes no sense.[/quote]
