I think nannies who rule out such employers are being shortsighted. On the other hand WAH parents should really have a private office away from the children's bedrooms and play areas. It's very unprofessional to have children crying, yelling or just being noisy, loquacious kids in the background when you are on a call. Apart from the impact on the nanny/child activities, it makes the parent employee seem distracted. [/quote]
