His biggest motivation is his iPad. But if he really doesn’t want to do something I take the iPad away and he goes crazy. When he hits I grab his wrists and he pulls on my clothes ripping them. I feel bad for the mother because she works a lot and has had to loose a promotion because she had to pick him up from school for physically attacking other kids. She’s so busy that she just gives him what he wants so she doesn’t have to deal with him. But she has to because it’s  the only way that she can provide for her family. I hate being their nanny. But I can’t loose my job or I won’t be able to pay the bills. Ive tried to find other nanny jobs but none of them give me enough hours. Also I honestly would feel bad for quitting because so many nanny’s have quit because of him. I need some advice. Maybe how to handle his tantrums. What to do when he hits and kicks. I just don’t wanna go home with bruises every day. [/quote]
