Nope, I don’t need her as a reference nor do I plan on using her- I don’t need any favors from her at this point. I am grateful to have helped enough families who have agreed to me using them as a reference. And honestly, the ways she’s been acting, even if I fulfilled my time, I’m scared she wouldn’t be honest. I don't understand (highlighted).

However, I gave one months noticed because I was being nice and I knew that after a specific date, I would no longer be able to care for her children. This is only a part-time position and I have 2 other families I work with (FT), and we have an excellent relationship- so I don't need her as a reference. I also still babysit for previous families. [/quote]
