Then give them a few options: 1) 2-year-old goes to part time preschool 2) 2-year-old gets two 30-minute screen-time sessions during the baby's naps 3) the housekeeper watches the baby in a playpen or something for a hour while the 2-year-old naps 4) something I haven't thought of. Once you exceed 50 hours a week, people usually suggest two nannies, one full time, one part time. It's just too much for the long haul.[/quote]
