Nothing illegal about it. My contract startes that I can roll over 5 days but the rest are use it or lose it. Many large companies work the same way. Why do people who clearly don’t have law degrees spout off ‘illegal’ all the time!?! Educate yourself before forming an opinion; it will help you in all aspects of life. OP, talk with your employer, not us as we are not in charge of your working relationship. Ask them if they would be willing to pay out unused vacation days at the end of your working year. And at that point you should definitely create a contract. [/quote]
