LCC does not have to give 'tax advice'. She has to tell APs to file their taxes by a certain date, using a certain form, etc. I think our LCC hold a meeting where she prints out the form and goes through the form fields and explains what they mean and what people have to fill. What kind of 'tax advice' could she possibly be giving to someone making 10k a year that would be breaking some agency rule??!![/quote]
