Here is what I ask.

Our group is an organization, should we push to have this nanny removed?  We’ve removed nannies for less serious offenses.

Secondly, should we contact her employers?  I know not everyone will agree this is abuse but hopefully you all can agree a non-parent should never ever ever lay their hands on a child. [/quote]
