We also pay a stipend towards her health insurance and provide lunch. Her only duties is to care for the baby and do light housekeeping ( baby laundry, baby bottles, restock baby supplies). We have a weekly housekeeper so she doesn’t even have to clean the nursery, and we are neat freaks and leave the house clean. We only expect that she does the babys stuff and clean up after herself. Does your nanny make homemade Abby food or is that too much to ask? [/quote]
