How long is a reasonable amount of time to give them to consider my request? At what point do I ask for an update? I purposely asked for a small raise because I wanted it to be an easy thing to agree to. I know they are very well off and this would be a drop in the bucket for them. I work my butt off for them (which it sounds like they are aware of), and I am frustrated that they are making me wait so long (5 days now) for a response. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.
