If you're not professional enough to do that then you can pretty much guarantee that you will be taken advantage of - whether you're the nanny or the employer whose nanny doesn't show up on time, spend the day on the phone, takes tons of emergency sick days, brings people over to your house, hits your child, teaches your child religious beliefs which you don't support, smokes, etc...[/quote]
