I agree. My illness has left me with a weaker auto immune disease. Which I've been upfront about. They have all been sick a lot this year. I took an extra day or 2 ( I don't remember) when I was in the hospital. This is the first time since the first week of January. As far as what's right and fair I have never asked to be paid outside of my vacation days for the few yrs I've been with them. I would have taken it out of vacation, but they decided our 2 weeks without discussing it with me. I didn't argue over it because I'm leaving soon.[/quote]
