As a courtesy I texted the nanny "I'm heading home to pump."  She responded saying that they had actually just left and that she hoped that was okay. 
UGH. so she left at least an hour and a quarter before she said she was going to (maybe she had left earlier?) without asking whether it was okay. Not to mention the irony of that I'm paying her to run her own errands...
She's only been with us for three and a half weeks. Beyond this, I really like her! I am really bummed she would use such bad judgement.
