Maybe ask people if they are really comfortable working from 7am-7pm every day instead of 10:30am-7:00pm.  That's a huge change in lifestyle.  They days are much longer, you can't stay out late at night very often, etc.   
What I found was that even competent, hard working people who would never miss work in their regular employment had no problem calling me because they had to schedule an appointment during that time or something came up in their social lives, etc, and I would be scrambling for childcare.  [/quote]
