Thanks, but I really don't feel like going back to work at all.

I don't think I can work for another hour. My whole body is arches, stiff and my feet get super tired because I need to carry the baby for one and half hour outside the house in Ergo. He can only take his morning and noon nap in Ergo.[/quote]

You tell them, Hi Sally, can you give me a call when you get a chance? Over the phone say: I really enjoy working for your family and your child is delightful but I cannot physically carry Larla/Larlo for the required time.  I'd love to continue to work for your family and happy to rock baby to sleep, but then baby needs to sleep in a crib or PNP and I'll need a stroller for our walks.  If that's not possible, I'll continue for two weeks in less you find a replacement sooner.  [/quote]
