I don't think I can work for another hour. My whole body is arches, stiff and my feet get super tired because I need to carry the baby for one and half hour outside the house in Ergo. He can only take his morning and noon nap in Ergo.
You tell them, Hi Sally, can you give me a call when you get a chance? Over the phone say: I really enjoy working for your family and your child is delightful but I cannot physically carry Larla/Larlo for the required time. I'd love to continue to work for your family and happy to rock baby to sleep, but then baby needs to sleep in a crib or PNP and I'll need a stroller for our walks. If that's not possible, I'll continue for two weeks in less you find a replacement sooner.
