This old nanny grilled me at the interview!  The parents sat there smiling while this bitch nanny asked me about CPR training and asked to see the certificate!!!  I was a little late to the interview (not my fault) and when the nanny told me how important it was to pick up the kid from school on time I said "of course" and then she goes, "Well you were late today so I am concerned."  She asked me about my college degree, where I went to school, where I worked in the past, etc.  Fast questions and she was not smiling. The whole thing was just really uncomfortable.  The parents did ask me a few questions and I thought I did good with them.  I am sure the old nanny did not like me and will not say anything nice to the parents about me.

So much for solidarity with other nannies, right?!
