The difference is that this is three sets of parents to work with, too. So, when an issue comes up with triplets (like when one needs to be held a lot more than the others), the parents can help make that call with the nanny. When it comes up in a three-infant share, all of the parents worry that their child will get the short end of the nanny's attention. That's also three employers the nanny has to deal with for pay, vacation coordination and any other HR-type stuff. It's so much more work that it would only be worth it for a high rate, but why would the families pay more than they'd have to for a more reasonable 2-baby share?[/quote]
