And I strongly suggest that you rewrite this for the actual salary ($23/hr), and tell her you will be doing withholding. Right now, if she's getting a tax return, that money should be coming back to you in the current arrangement, which is that you pay her taxes, not that you pay the IRS the estimated taxes, and then she keeps any overage. You should only pay what she actually owes, and if that is less than she sent in, you should get that back. Going to straight hourly eliminates that issue -- she can do whatever she wants in terms of her W4, and you don't have to feel so taken advantage of.[/quote]
