Agencies have been a massive waste of my time. I'm referring to the "best" of them. Op, ask others to post on their list serves for you. Perhaps your compensation package is unacceptable considering your expectations? I don't know. The best nannies are hard to find, and you have to compete for them. Same in any field.[/quote]
