I am not interested due to the lack of professionalism and communication on their part. Even if they aren't interested, she should say so. I also offered to cover the cost of the background check ( criminal part still processing).

My question is due to the lack of response and re-editing, is it safe to assume they're not interested. Should I follow-up once the criminal part is processed ( in a day or so), or just not reach out? I also wonder if I should write them that I'm no longer interested due to lack of communication on their part. What would you do?[/quote]
