PP - That's insulting to say a " mature" nanny is older. I am 27 and more mature than most people my age. I am always mistaken bother nannies and moms for being my charge's mother. The reason being I am very hands-on, playful, loving, and I care about his safety. I've seen so many other nannies, young and older, on their phones, neglecting their charges. Don't think just because someone is older, they will be more " mature " or competent at their job. [/quote]
