As a HF with Ccap we fill out an incredibly detailed profile that the prospective AP can (and should) read. I expect them to ask questions even with the massive detail in our profile. If a candidate is too intimidated or unmotivated or whatever to ask questions she's not the AP for me family. I like smart, motivated, take charge girls. That's why their questions to me and the overall back and forth are so critical.  [/quote]
