She'll be using her own car although we have offered her to use one of ours.  We included her in our family membership to a pool so they can enjoy the summer swimming whenever they want, but she can also go on her own whenever as she has an all-inclusive membership through ours. She is trained in CPR/First Aid and is actually  in EMT training currently.  Basically, it's just like a long-term (2.5 month) babysitting gig.  Do you think $10/hr is sufficient?  Would appreciate any input!
