Someone who has good boundaries and keeps their views to themselves is fine.  I respect honest differences of opinion.  But there are certainly values that I hold dear and would not want to hire in conflict with any of those.

It's solid advice from the agency, but if the candidate wants to seek an employer who shares his/her political viewpoint that is certainly fine for that individual to do.[/quote]
