After thinking it over, I now want to hire an attorney to sue for personal injury. This was a hit and run! I was crossing the street while the walk sign was counting down and the nanny just blew through the red light. I assume she freaked out because of the children in the car.

That being said, I think unfortunately I would end up suing the MB/DB because it was their car.
