I've been with the same family for two years now.
Last year I got a raise around Christmas time, even though my one year anniversary was a few weeks later.
This year it seems like I didn't get a raise.
I know that MB loves me as the nanny. She calls me her lifesaver. I got a bonus (one week's pay) and gifts for Christmas. I'm the only nanny who stayed that long with them. The longest one I think was 6 months. 
Things are great in general.

My MB is really distracted and forgetful. She often forgets about her meetings and then calls the last minute to ask if I can stay longer, she can't remember her kids' after school activities and what time they start - she starts driving home after work instead of meeting me in the after school activity place and then texts she will be a few min late because she forgot where she was going, etc.
I wonder if she simply forgot about the raise.

I know not all nannies get raises every year, but I always have, in every nanny job I stayed more than one year.
And she gave me one last year.

Is there a nice and non confrontational way to bring it up?
