We pay well and give a generous bonus. We've given one raise in the 3 years she's been with us. I'm in upper Nw and don't know anyone who pays that much for 1 child unless it's for a combo nanny/housekeeper/cook.
Do you want to keep a happy nanny or not?

Couldn't be happier with my NF or salary.
How is this helpful to OP exactly?
Because find a job that pays what you want and be happy from day 1 instead of hoping for a raise every year for 5 years to reach your desired salary. I would hope you can see how one os better than the other.

I would wait until your two year anniversary is near (sounds like that's within a few weeks right?)
Then ask if you can schedule a time to touch base. "As we are nearing my two year anniversary I just want to touch base about your overall thoughts on my performance, maybe setting some goals for this year for Janie, etc..."
Then if your employers don't discuss performance and raise you can bring it up directly at that point.
Is that what you do with your employer?
