For three days per week at 10 hours per day, you're looking at 30 hours per week.  If you can be flexible on which days depending on the candidates schedule, that would attract more candidates.  Someone who is already working Tuesday and Thursday wont bother applying if you say you need Mon-Wed, but if you say that you will work with the nanny's schedule to choose the three days, you'll have more choice of candidates.  You might also look at the posts in the share section.  Some of the parents there have been listing nanny splits as well as nanny shares.[/quote]
