I have been with them for a bit. I know mb will need help throughout the pregnancy. She's already she needs it.

Go with the new job! A huge jump in pay can make such a big difference for your finances! do the trial, see if you like the contract and then give notice.[b] Offer to help your MB by helping find a new nanny, or offer to stay late a time or two  so she can interviews,[/b] wish her well and move on! This is not the op's responsibility.  She has a life and shouldn't be given more work by the current family doubling as an agency because she found a better position. They can do after dinner interviews, lunch date interview, or the weekends. Her mb is newly pregnant and is capable just like she found her [/quote]
