Do you always close the bathroom door at home when you're alone? Ever think its possible she might innocently leave it open when the kids are sound asleep and you wont be home for hours? And now you'd have her on camera using the toilet. Nice of you. [/quote]

That is ridiculous. The nanny knows about the camera because 
1. We told her and DH pointed to where it was
2. It's totally obvious it's there
