I do think you should give her a bonus and a raise though[/quote] People only agree to relocate for a job if it's a better opportunity, a better place to live for their family, or will allow them to live better than they do now. In this case, it's the same job, and they will lose most of their family income. Not to mention that nannying is not a permanent thing. How many years after the move could you guarantee her employment? OP, if she says they will only move if her husband finds a job, how long are you willing to wait before you pull the plug? I think you can float the idea to her, but I can't imagine it would be attractive.[/quote]
