[/quote] PP do a little reading - OP just found out about the opening today and is waiting until the very first day she sees the nanny in person. The nanny went into the job knowing it was short term and they were waiting for a daycare spot. OP, I agree with another PP that it isn't that terrible you'll be needing her for 2, not 3 months. Sometimes that's just how life goes. Give the week severance and Thanksgiving and you should be all set. [/quote]
