I don't know. How long have you been working for her? From my standpoint as an MB, the purpose of offering guaranteed hours is that you are always available during those hours. If you are taking a day or weekend off on a regular basis (and who could blame you), then you have violated that contract. The deal is not that I pay you whenever you happen to want to work, even if I don't need you. The deal is that you are always available, and I will pay you even if I don't need you. Otoh, if you have been working for her for a year, and this is the first time you have taken off, then I would treat it like a weekday job and charge the full amount.
Only if she gets paid vacation.
Pp here, and I agree. I think it's odd that you would be offered guaranteed hours and not 4 days/yr of paid vacation. If I was your MB, I would have made it clear that you are taking this weekend as vacation and paid you for the weekend. I would check with your MB, but it seems to me that this is more of an informal arrangement, and she might not expect to pay you for any hours not worked.
OP here and I do not get paid vacation for this part-time job. This is not an informal arrangement. So do you think I should just charge for half my guaranteed hours since I am only available for half of the time?
