I think I do. The mom asked if I would at the very least babysit if they went the daycare route. They are nice but very disorganized and don't know of they want a nanny, daycare, what hours needed. It would be hard to accept an offer with a family that didn't have anything set. [/quote]

Trust your gut, if you do go with them make sure you have a contract the outlines guaranteed hours and severance pay(in case they switch to daycare) I personally would just turn it down based on the fact that you have gut feeling it's not the right job. There are plenty of nanny jobs out there look for one that feels right( and still do a contract) [/quote]
