Honestly, they're tied for my favorite family.  Only a few things that I just don't understand.

Rather than base whether I stayed or not on the interaction between charges and I or parents and I, they looked at my relationships with relatives who aren't there most of the time.  Additionally, they have stairs, bookcases which wobble, doors that toddlers can now reach, etc.  Naturally, I asked for babyproofing, or to be allowed to do it myself, but I was told that it wasn't necessary and would make it more difficult for them to live there and to resell the house later.

I worked my tail off, and I know that I couldn't have done anything else.  I just wish that it would have worked out.

The kicker:  MB called this weekend, expressed that if the trial with the new nanny doesn't work (1 month), she'd like me to come back...[/quote]
