There is no specific agreement for naptime tasks, although his laundry is in her contract and doesn't often get done.

If she were getting her work done, it wouldn't bother me that she made the house dark during nap time.  But if it bothers you then maybe you can offer her a guest room to use?  Or tell her no napping during the day.[/quote]

Does your house only have one room?  You work from home but don't have an office or separate work space?  What do you do when your kid is awake making noise.  This set up is...interesting.
