I would try to set something up with her to get your stuff and give back her key. If you try for about 2 weeks and get no response, so if it is clear that she is ignoring your request on purpose, then talk to the police. Explain the situation and ask if you can have an officer meet you at the house when you know they are there. He can stand there while you get your bag and give back the key.
