Essentially they are expecting me to care for a 3 and 5 month old at $18 per hour and then $18 per hour for the 5 hours I will be a single child ( OT). What upsets me most is DB negotiated my salary with the other family without even speaking with me first.

I told DB that I charge more for two kids and that I abbé to be paid OT after 40 hours. He said his co-worker didn't want to go higher than that and they don't plan on paying OT. I plan to tell them I do not want to do a nanny share at that rate but fear I may lose my job. MB and DB really want this and I think they may find another nanny more on board. Help me![/quote]
