[/quote] YES. YOU ARE WRONG. Come on, OP - think about this a second... You have to list what is important to you before you can give a blanket statement like that. Are you intending to hire an undocumented nanny and pay in cash? If yes, then you are way over-market in any area. Do you want a college graduate or a great deal of experience as a nanny or a preschool/elementary school teacher? If yes, you are under market for two children. What are the duties you expect your nanny to perform? Driving, tutoring, teaching a second language or sign language, encouraging imaginative play, etc. Nannies salaries are "all over the map" because a nanny's skills, experience and education are generally all over the map!
