I could hve written this post.  Second nanny has been with us for about 1.5 years now and the longer she's with us, the more I realize how much the first sucked. At this piont I think first nanny was downright neglectful. We ended up firing her for cause when she drove our children in unsafe and improperly  installed car seats.

Anyway, first nanny sort of accosted second nanny and insisted on holding "the baby" and new nanny said no, brought home charges and asked me if it was ok for old nanny to snuggle charges.  I told her that I didn't care b/c she has two other charges and she's not going to do anything in broad daylight at a busy park.

Bad nannies happen just like bad employees happen in all fields.[/quote]
