With all the teleworking and crazy weather/bad drivers in this area, it's best not to leave snow days up to whether or not your MB "needs" you, and how generous she's feeling. It's entirely too easy to spend your day behind a computer screen in the comfort of your home and say it's fine to travel in. My contract follows the federal government, which is much slower to shut down than schools, but if they do things are pretty nasty. Obviously I'm at work today, but my MB didn't even clear the steps to their house since she is teleworking. I'm not leaving snow days up to her.[/quote]
