Nannies and bonuses are a lot like silly girls and their boyfriends on Valentines day. The measure of your relationship shouldn't be a gift grab on one day. If they treat you poorly all year but give you $1000 cash and an iPod on Christmas would that mean you have great employers or that they appreciate you?[/quote]
