I highly doubt many MB's would be so willing to forgive their employers if they didn't receive their paycheck on time, why should nannies have to be understanding? It's pretty simple and if you can't remember to pay someone on time, outsource that job too! It's a crappy situation to put someone in where they feel obligated to ASK for money that is rightfully theirs, especially after receiving a gift (and yes, it makes nannies feel greedy, which just adds to the crappy factor). I too am waiting on a paycheck from my employers from over two weeks ago! [/quote]
