That is not a generalization. How the hell do you forget to pay your employee, then act as though you are not irresponsible? Any time a nanny makes a mistake its the end of the freaking world and she's a terrible person. Payment for services provided is the whole damn basis of the relationship.

I am so sick of giving nanny employers the benefit if the doubt. She takes care of their children so how the hell can it be an oversight not to pay her for work performed and reimbursement for the expenses of the MB? There is no excuse for this.
