Now. Any of you do Bank of Hours? And if so, would you do this with your nanny? I just want to find out if I'm on the wrong here. MY reasoning is, yes I agrees to banking hours, I'm ok with 1-2 hours. Does that mean I have to be ok with 40? I feel like I'm available for her and it is not my fault she decides to travel.

You are not working those hours but are being paid for them anyways. Don't you think you should have to do something for that money? I think your MB is being very kind and reasonable.[/quote]
