I had an understanding that I could expect a consistent schedule and weekly pay. I would rather either work a full day and receive additional pay (an incentive to give up evening hours. Or my agreed upon orginal hours. We all agreed I would get paid for the same amount weekly for x start and finish time, not a flucationing amount of hours they can use freely. Again, I'm not choosing to come later. I'm just curious, if I am misunderstanding.[/quote]
