The not being reimbursed for gas would be a deal breaker for me, regardless of the pay.

Do the children in THIS family go to Montessori school?  I am familiar with Montessori, having been a Montessori student myself as a young child and also a parent of children who attended Montessori school.   With children that age, unless those children are enrolled in a Montessori school, I don't really see your Montessori training as relevant or necessarily beneficial.   Many Montessori schools for elementary don't want to enroll students that are not already familiar with the Montessori method/attended a Montessori primary program.[/quote]
